About the Speakers

Matt currently leads the marketing team at LightForce Orthodontics. Prior to LightForce, Matt played professional soccer, launched PUMA Golf in North America, and helped expand one of the fastest-growing social media agencies in the US. His influencer experience ranges from working with top-tier athletes and celebrities to hyper-local mommy influencers. At LightForce, Matt’s team actively collaborates with influencers big and small in order to drive traffic to their extensive network of providers.

Brooke McIntyre is currently a Marketing Lead at LightForce but has been a force to be reckoned with in the industry for quite some time. Being raised by orthodontists, Brooke knows the ortho industry inside and out, and brings an invaluable understanding and perspective to the table. Prior to LightForce, Brooke wore a number of different hats within orthodontia from being a Clinical Coordinator to, most recently, the Director of Sales at SmileSnap. Continually evolving both personally and in her career, Brooke enjoys using her vast experiences in management, sales, marketing, events and consulting.

Gigi is a Marketing Manager on the LightForce team focusing on special projects: LF FUTURE, company branding, website usability, and overall user conversion. Gigi has seen this company grow from her first days at LightForce back in 2019, to today. Throughout the last 2 years, Gigi has managed the marketing team through entire rebranding, new website, and our inaugural annual conference. It's safe to say she knows this company's identity inside and out.
